Update the personal info task

Is the "Update the personal info" task broken? I get this notification on the task page but cannot find these to be filled on my profile page

Why do they need all of our personal information anyway? Ok someone said they just filled in basic info so I went to give it a try. I was shocked, they are asking for blood type?????????? There is NO reason they need the address where you live, no need to know where you were born, where you work, what education you have, or any of the other private information they want. And, definitely don't need your blood type. Honestly makes me worry about security.

Its for me already a long time ago when i did this.
But there you can fill in some personal info.

Yes but there are only zip code and postal address spaces about location, nothing like "Birth country, Birth Region/State, Birth City, Living country, Living region/State, Living City"

Nothing more and i got the reward.
But that was at the start of the site.
Maybe it has changed?
